Check Out The Shreveport Mudbugs 2023-2024 Schedule

The Shreveport Mudbugs hockey team are back for the 2023-2024 season. This year's home games kick off in September, which is a little earlier than some previous seasons. All of the Mudbugs home games will be at George's Pond inside historic Hirsch Coliseum in Shreveport, all the way into April.

For this season, the calendar is marked with a TON of great promotional weekends. Many of them celebrating the history, people, and traditions of Shreveport.

The Hirsch Coliseum is packed with music history. After all, it IS the building that Elvis left. But beyond that, it has hosted historical moments for bands like Van Halen, Ozzy Osbourne, Pantera, and more. That history will play into this year's Mudbugs promotional schedule, as well as the city's rich Mardi Gras traditions.

There will also be Mudbugs classics, like the Teddy Bear Toss, Pooches on the Pond, and Military Appreciation Weekend. Not only will there be some great promotional weekends, but some will come with specialty jerseys as well. Mudbugs fans LOVE their specialty jerseys, which are often auctioned off after the final game of the weekends that feature the jerseys. These usually include some holiday jerseys, promotional jerseys, and military jerseys.
