What Does ALDI Say About a Possible Store in Bossier City?

SHREVEPORT, LA - There have been rumors flying about a possible ALDI store coming to Bossier City. But we could not find any information about this really happening. There have been no official plans filed with the city.

KEEL News reached out to ALDI executives to find out if this is even a possibility.

Scott Huska, Denton Division Vice President sent us this statement:

Thank you for your interest in ALDI!  At this time, we do not have any information on an ALDI store opening in Bossier City, LA. If we have any updates to share on this location, we will be sure to reach out to you when more details become available.

Huska adds:

We do, however, have a new store opening on Mansfield Rd. in Shreveport which is expected to open before the end of the year.  We plan to hold a Grand Opening Ceremony to commemorate the Shreveport store opening and more details will become available as the date approaches. 

ALDI is adding 120 new stores across the nation in an effort to meet the growing demand for quality, fresh groceries at the lowest possible prices. ALDI is planning to have more than 2,400 stores nationwide by the end of the year.

The Shreveport store is being built near the corner of Mansfield and Baird Roads.

This new Shreveport store will create between 15 and 20 jobs in Shreveport. The job postings for Shreveport are not yet listed, but You can click here to see the jobs as soon as they are posted.
