If you get a ticket in the mail from Blue Line Solutions, you do have a right to appeal. That appeal goes through the company and there are hearing officers in Shreveport to handle the appeals. There is no cost to appeal your ticket.

Blue Line will also have staff in place at Shreveport Police Headquarters as soon as the space has been fixed up for use. They hope to have someone in place in the next month.
