Shreveport Woman Charged With Aggravated Flight While Intoxicated

In the early hours of December 8th, at 1 a.m., law enforcement officers initiated a traffic stop in the 9000 block of Mansfield Road. The situation quickly escalated when the vehicle attempted to evade officers, accelerating at a high rate of speed. The pursuit concluded when the driver ran over two road signs and collided with a tree.

Subsequently, officers apprehended the driver, identified as 24-year-old Kimberly Puckett. Puckett now faces multiple charges, including one count of aggravated flight, one count of operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, one count of resisting an officer, and one count of careless operation of a vehicle.
