Shreveport Police Searching for 2024 Burglary Suspect

Shreveport Police need your help with any information leading to the arrest of a burglary suspect.

SPD is on the hunt for Colby Hughes for a burglary that happened back in 2024.

After the burglary was reported to Police, they were able to get a search warrant on Hughes' place on Standard Oil Road. The searched the house and were able to find several things belonging to the person who reported the burglary.

After searching the whole house SPD also found guns and drugs inside, but they weren't able to find Hughes anywhere.

Hughes is wanted now for 3 charges:

· One count of felony possession of a firearm

· One count of illegal possession of stolen things

· One count of possession of a Schedule I narcotic
