Shreveport Police Seeking Sex Offender in Burglary Case

Shreveport Police Department detectives are actively seeking 54-year-old Christopher White Jr. (DOB: 2/11/70), who is wanted in connection with a burglary and failure to register as a sex offender.

The burglary occurred on September 25, 2024, around 5:00 AM at United Liquor, located on the 800 block of Pierre Ave. White is alleged to have damaged the property and stolen alcohol, tobacco products, over-the-counter medications, and loose change from the register while the business was closed. Detectives have secured a warrant for his arrest for burglary.

Additionally, SPD Sex Crimes detectives have a warrant for White's arrest for failure to register as a sex offender. He is classified as a violent sex offender and should be considered dangerous.
