Shreveport Police Seeking Suspect Who Stole a Debit Card

Shreveport Police detectives are asking for the public’s help identifying the man pictured.

This suspect is believed to have made unauthorized charges on a victim’s debit card between October 21 and November 18, 2025, at multiple businesses.

Before the victim was tragically killed in a hit-and-run on October 20, 2025, he reported that his debit card had been misplaced or possibly stolen. Detectives have since confirmed fraudulent activity on the account and are now working to identify the person responsible.

Shreveport Police are urging the public to come forward with any information that could lead to identifying and arresting this man. If you see this man in public, be safe and do not approach. Call SPD immediately with his whereabouts.
