New Asian Fast Food Spot Opening in West Shreveport

West Shreveport Desperately Needs More Options When It Comes to Lunch.

May of 2022 was an exciting time for several folks in West Shreveport that go out to lunch. Daq's opened up right off of I20. There were big hopes and dreams for the wing and daiquiri spot. The excitement was short lived for Daq's. Daq's on Pine took to their Facebook page to make the sad announcement and the building had been empty since February. Whataphilly moved into the old Daq's building and since then several people in west Shreveport have been celebrating lunch options.

West Shreveport is Getting a New Chain Restaurant.

If you love Asian fast food this spot will be one of your favorite spots for lunch. Panda Express just built a new Panda Express at Mansfield Road near Baird Road. Located near the new ALDI grocery store and the Pizza Hut in that area.

Panda Express is Opening on Greenwood Road.

The site plan has been approved by the Metropolitan Planning Commission and the construction is beginning.

We have no idea when they plan to open however this crew moved fast with the Mansfield location. The business is not yet hiring for the Greenwood Road location, but once they do start hiring, you can click here to find the a job.

Panda Express currently has three other locations in Shreveport Bossier. One is located on Airline Drive at Melrose in north Bossier and another two in southeast Shreveport on Youree Drive and the other on Mansfield Road near Baird Road.
