Episode Complete Shreveport Eatery to Be Featured by National Crew
Remember Back in October When the Cub Lounge and Grill Invited Shreveport Residents to Dine for a TV Segment?
Only a small number of eateries from Louisiana made America’s Best Restaurants list in 2023. The Cub was the only one in north Louisiana on the list. All the other restaurants in Louisiana were in the South. Several Shreveport residents made their way to fill up the restaurant so the production team would have some locals filling up the restaurant.
You Don't Have to Wonder About the Cub Episode Any Longer.
The Cub took to their Facebook page to say that the episode is now complete and they will premiere it on their Facebook page on Thursday, March 21st. If you made your way to the Cub to be part of the production you need to make sure you tune in.
Why Do We Love The Cub So Much Here in Shreveport?
The Cub has been around for 83 years now. It hasn't always been a great place for steak and the famous Au Gratin potatoes. At one point there was BBQ and Mexican food served out of that kitchen. Now you can get Certified Angus Beef, homemade dressings on a wedge salad, homemade marinated crab claws, New Orleans style Creme Brulee, and the legendary World’s famous ’39 Au’Grats.
