Louisiana's American Idol Audition Date and How to Register

American Idol producers want to see singers in all 50 states. If you are in the great state of Louisiana and want to showcase your chops, your date to do so is Wednesday, September 23, 2026.

American Idol Age Requirements for Season 25

You can register at this link for the virtual audition. However, keep in mind the age restrictions for American Idol. You must be born on or between June 2, 1997 and February 15, 2012. If you were born before or after this window, you are not eligible to participate this season.

Can't Make September 23? There's a Nationwide Open Call on September 28

For those who cannot make that date and want to still try out, there is a nationwide open call set for Monday, September 28, 2026.
