Jennifer Lopez Wins & Performs at Premios Juventud 2013!

This is Univision's version of the People's Choice Awards. Jennifer Lopez won an award and also performed. Lopez hit the stage in two sexy outfits at the show to perform with frequent collaborator Pitbull. She told the crowd: “Thank You for being a part of this special night!" During one appearance onstage, she was wearing a gold bodysuit that showed off her famous curves.
