Actress Katie Stevens married her longtime boyfriend music producer and Boys Like Girls band member, Paul DiGiovanni, in an intimate ceremony on Saturday, October 12.

The couple said their "I do's" in front of 250 guests in Tennessee. Stevens wore a form-fitting Flora gown for the big day while DiGiovanni wore a BJ Gray of Grayscale suit, with an extra surprise for him hidden inside.

"Paul’s mom passed away when he was fifteen, so I just wanted him to feel like she was with us," Stevens told People. "His aunt gave me a piece of his mom’s wedding dress, and I had it sewn into Paul’s jacket on the inside and covered with a patch."

Stevens also honored her family by wearing her mother's veil and great-grandmother's crown. "My grandfather stepped on my mom’s veil at her wedding, and since he is no longer with us I wanted to keep that as a little memento to him," Stevens explained.

Along with family, music played a big role in the couple's wedding. Betty Who and Steven's The Bold Type costar, Meghann Fahy, sung a song while Stevens walked down the aisle.

"Music is important to both of us. It’s what I do for a living, and Katie does a lot of it too, so that was a big thing for the wedding," DiGiovanni said. "We took a lot of time picking out all the songs."

DiGiovanni’s Boys Like Girls bandmates, Martin Johnson and John Keefe, served as his groomsmen. The trio even performed during the wedding reception. "Katie had a list of demands to Martin about how many songs,"  DiGiovanni joked. "He said, ‘I’m not going to do your full setlist! We have to pick a couple curated songs.'"

The couple shared their first dance to Ben Rector's "I Will Always Be Yours."

Celebrity guests including Sarah Hyland, Dan + Shay, Olivia Holt, Chloe Bennet and Molly McCook were in attendance to support the couple on their big day.

DiGiovanni popped the question to Stevens during New Year's Eve in 2017 after four years of dating.
