LHSAA Will Not Allow High School Football Until Reaching Phase 4
LHSAA will not be allowing any high school football games, among other sports, to be played until Louisiana reaches phase 4 of K-12 re-opening.

The graph included in the tweet also rules out any intrasquad scrimmages for high school football teams, as well as interschool scrimmages for Basketball, Football, and Soccer teams.
It is unclear as to when Phase 4 will be reached, as the progression in phases depends on statewide COVID-19 numbers.
