Local Military Units Get Some Sweet Christmas Treats

The Bossier Chamber of Commerce Military Relations Committee made another special Christmas delivery today to our local service men and women.

With the help of Boomtown, the group delivered cookies last Friday and today to the 307th Bomb Wing, 2nd Bomb Wing, Air Force Global Strike, 8th Air Force, MEPS (Military Entrance and Processing Station), National Guard units in Bossier and Shreveport, and the reserve units of the Marine Corps, Navy and Army.

Committee members did this to show their appreciation for the hard work and dedication our military units show to our country and our community.

Boomtown sponsored all of the cookies...about 5,000 of them.
