Local Resident Supports Police on Airline Drive in Bossier City [PIC]

Over the last few days I've been hearing about a man in a golf cart around the Airline Drive area in Bossier City with signs prominently displayed both front and back saying, 'Thank a Cop!'

I haven't caught sight yet of him yet, but I went to Facebook and asked my friends to snap a picture if they say him and one was kind enough to oblige! However, I had no idea the request would spark such a spirited debate. Yes, it looks like he's in a golf cart in the middle of Airline Drive and yes, the picture was submitted by a law enforcement officer.
