Local Student’s TB Test Is Positive…And Testing Wraps Up At Byrd High School

I have confirmed that the suspected case of TB at Byrd High School, has been determined to be positive. 

School officials can not confirm this, nor will the student be identified, but I have learned that the teenager is still being treated.  Byrd Principal Jerry Badgely tells KEEL news about 300 students that could have been exposed to TB have been tested and the results will be distributed by the Health Department to the parents of the students who have been tested.
