I could pretend to be one of those Love Actually haters (read: everyone on the internet) and say a bunch of snooty things about the beloved rom-com and its upcoming reunion sequel. I could say, “Oh gosh, here we go again with the most overrated holiday romance of the century,” or drop a couple hot takes about how it’s actually a terrible or misogynistic movie. But the truth is, (oh god, I’m about to publicly out myself here…) I love Love Actually, and I don’t care what you think. So I found the new trailer for the reunion short film in honor of Red Nose Day, kind of stupidly cute? Sue me.

Being one of the most popular holiday movies in ages, it makes sense that director Richard Curtis recruited his giant cast of Brits to reteam for a mini reunion. Back in March we got a teasey look at the cast and how much they’ve changed since the 2003 film –some people are still just as famous, some now lead hit shows like The Walking Dead, other cute small children have grown up to hang out with Bran on Game of Thrones.

The latest trailer reveals the first new footage from the short and finds your favorite (or depending what Love Actually team you’re on, most hated) characters recreating their iconic moments. Andrew Lincoln shows up at Keira Knightley’s door again, with Chiwetel Ejiofor on the couch. Hugh Grant re-enacts his Pointer Sisters dance, only this time with some challenges. And Colin Firth and Sienna Guillory share another awkward car ride. Bill Nighy also pops up, along with Rowan Atkinson, Laura Linney, Martine McCutcheon, Liam Neeson, and a grown Thomas Brodie-Sangster. But most importantly, where the heck is Emma Thompson?

The new Love Actually short will air on Red Nose Day on May 25 on NBC in the U.S. to raise funds and awareness for impoverished children. Whether you’re a Love Actually hater or not, you can’t deny that love… actually, is still all around. (I’m sorry.)
