LSU Football In Top 10 Of Preseason Coaches Poll

More good news for the LSU Tigers football team.  Earlier this week we found out that the Tigers were ranked #6 in the CBS preseason poll.

Now the preseason Coaches poll has been released and the Purple & Gold are also ranked #6 in that pool as well.

The rankings in the top 10 go like this.  Clemson is #1 followed by Alabama at #2, Georgia at #3, Oklahoma at #4 and Ohio State at #5.

LSU takes the 6th spot followed by Michigan at #7, Florida at #8, Notre Dame at #9 and Texas at #10.

LSU will kickoff the 2019 season at home in Baton Rouge when the face Georgia Southern on Saturday August 31st, 2019.
