LSU Suspends Fraternity After Student is Hospitalized

LSU administration reports they have placed a fraternity on interim suspension after a student was hospitalized Monday morning.

In a statement to WBRZ, LSU says "it appeared the male student was taken to a hospital Monday morning after an incident off campus the previous evening."

The student is expected to be ok.

LSU sent a letter to the Phi Kappa Psi fraternity informing members they were placed under interim suspension for violating the school's code of conduct. According to the interim suspension, the Phi Kappa Psi fraternity must suspend all activities while police conduct an investigation.
