A former lover of Mark Salling — the actor made famous for his part on the hit comedy series Glee — is still requesting millions from his estate to pay off a previous settlement.

On Thursday (March 8) that Roxanne Gorzela — the ex-girlfriend who prosecuted Salling for sexual battery in the past — registered legal papers obliging to be listed as a creditor of the performer's fortune, TMZ learned.

Gorzela's latest legal suit originates from a settlement in which Salling agreed to pay her $2.7 million in damages after claims of sexual battery and bodily harm.

In January 2013, Gorzela claimed the star had unprotected sex with her back in 2011, despite her urges that he a condom. Gorzela also stated that when she arrived at Salling's apartment days later to confront him about an STD she believed she contracted after their encounter, he purportedly threw her to the floor, scarring her knee.

The sexual battery charges were eventually dropped, but Salling agreed to settle out of court years later, in March 2015, for his involvement in causing physical injury to her.

Salling reserved that he acted in self-defense after she allegedly broke into his home, but confessed to "negligently causing [Gorzela] to fall and injure himself" and consented to the arrangement, which involved a $1.8 million in pain and suffering, $180,000 in "past non-economic damages," $666,000 in "future medicals" and $64,145 in "past medicals," TMZ reported.

Yet, as suggested in Gonzela's current case, Salling supposedly never paid his debt to her in full, so she is now inquiring the judge to set the settlement funds apart from the rest of the lenders.

On January 30, 2018 — four months after he was expected to face four to seven years in jail after pleading guilty to possession of child pornography in September 2017 — Salling was discovered dead from apparent suicide by hanging near his home in the Sunland district of Los Angeles. He was 35-years-old.
