Regardless of how you feel about Miley Cyrus and her behavior, this is sure to leave you with admiration for the controversial pop star's love for her fans.

Just hours before Caley Camarillo (12), a longtime Miley Cyrus fan, passed away from Cystic Fibrosis this week, Miley was able to play a heartwarming role in the young girl's final moments. She sent a video message to the sweet young girl and according to Caley's mom she, quote: "managed to let out a smile."

Guess Miley decided to do something that would truly matter. In her video, she said "I'm sending you some love, and I just want you to know that you on are on my mind and in my heart and I just wanted to send you a quick message to say hello to you."
