At Sunday night's Miss USA pageant, Miss Utah Marissa Powell had a tough time answering a question about women earning less money than men and left people scratching their heads with a response that can only be described as confusing.

The Question: A recent report shows that in 40 percent of American families with children, women are the primary earners, they continue to earn less than men what does this say about society?

Miss Utah Marissa Powell's answer:

I think we can relate this back to education and how we are continuing to try to strive to (pause) figure out how to create jobs right now. That is the biggest problem and I think, especially the men, are um, seen as the leaders of this and so we need to try and figure out how to create education better so we can solve this problem.

She seems to be intelligent, but was a little nervous speaking in front of such a large crowd and being on national television. What do you think about her answer?
