A mom in Tampa has been having trouble getting her 15 year old son to do his classwork and he's making pretty bad grades.  So she sent him out on a street corner wearing a sign that said ``GPA 1.22 ... HONK IF I NEED EDUCATION.''  Ronda Holder says she and her husband have tried everything: offered him help, asked to see his homework, grounded him and confiscated his cell phone, but nothing has worked.  He was so indifferent during a meeting at school, so the next day she made him wear the sign on a street corner for four hours.  Experts say this is humiliating and will prove ineffective.  Someone has reported Holder to Child Protection and a caseworker has been assigned to look into the case.
