Don't let sweet Mustang get away! This precious pup's parents were deployed and couldn't take him along. That means he's looking for his new forever home. Could that be with you?

Mustang didn't do anything wrong, his family just couldn't take him with them overseas. The good news is that you can meet him today at Pet Savers Shreveport. His adoption fee is $125 and he's already up to date on his shots and neutered. Just remember, adopting a dog is a big commitment. Make sure you're ready to take care of your new friend FOR LIFE before making the leap to pet ownership.

Here's what the Pet Savers website has to say about Mustang:

I am a handsome 7-year-old lab mix that couldn't go with my previous owners when they were deployed. I am fully up to date and was well taken care of. I do have a little bad habit of looking to escape from yards and kennels if I'm left alone. I can easily climb 4-foot fences. I'd like to be in a home that can help me stay active and happy! I do not get along with other dogs, so I would be best in a home all my own.
