Everybody knows how hard it is to keep your hands off your cell phone when you're behind the wheel. In fact, in the past few tears, legislators have passed law after law limiting the use of those phones in cars. But what about pedestrians?

How much attention should someone, say, just walking down the street - or across the street - have to pay to what's going on? Well, in this case, it's not much at all, as the young woman, totally engrossed in her conversation, nearly ends up as flat as as the cell phone she's talking on!
