The Natchitoches Christmas Festival will happen this year, but there will be several changes. The big adjustment as we deal with the pandemic is the requirement to buy tickets in advance online.

You won't be able to just show up and purchase a ticket.

The Festival Committee says the plan for this years festival has been approved by the State Fire Marshall. The signature event in the City of Natchitoches kicks off on November 21st and runs through January 6th. This will be the 94th Annual Christmas Festival.

Here are the things you need to know before planning to attend this year's event:

Armbands will be pre-sold ONLY online. Click here to buy tickets. Tickets go on sale today. You will not be able to buy tickets at the gate. A limited amount of 3000 armbands will be sold for each Saturday from November 21st – December 26th, 2020.

Armbands are REQUIRED to enter the Riverbank area on Saturdays ONLY. Adults and children will be required to have an armband regardless of age. This year all armbands will be $10.

On Saturdays during the Season, Front Street will be closed to vehicular traffic but Armbands are NOT required to enter shops and restaurants on Front Street.

Fireworks and live music will take place each Saturday during the Season.

Food vendors will be available on the Riverbank 7 days a week.
