True Harry Potter fans remember the bittersweet moment at the end of The Deathly Hallows Pt. 2 when we saw our favorite trio for the last time as adults.  Grown-up Harry, Hermonie, and Ron (along with Ginny and Draco Malfoy) were taking their kids to the Kings Crossing train station, and more specifically platform 9 and 3/4, to catch the Hogwart's Express.  This scene gave us a sense of closure and showed us that life did go on after the chaotic battle between the Good Guys and Voldemort backed by his Death Eaters.

Now, Warner Brothers (owners of the Harry Potter Cinematic Universe) has given us some truly magical news based on that final scene.  We Got This Covered is saying that the wildly popular Broadway smash Harry Potter and the Cursed Child is being developed into big budget movie with Daniel Radcliffe, Rupert Grint and Emma Watson reprising their roles as our favorite magical trouble-makers Harry, Ron, and Hermonie!

The story follows the son of Harry Potter and Ginny Weasley (Albus) as he teams up with Scorpio Malfoy to try and save Cedric Diggory (played by Robert Pattinson in Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire) from his fatal encounter with the evil Lord Voldemort.

The project is still under wraps, but I'm betting my chocolate frog that more news leaks out soon!
