Shreveport Police are investigating a shooting that took place Thursday (6/24/21) and left one person injured. The call came in at 7:53p.m. and police rushed to the scene of the shooting on Tecumseh Street, near Navaho Trail.
Upon arrival, Shreveport police found the victim suffering from a gunshot wound. The victim was rushed to a local hospital, and their condition is currently unknown. At the time of the incident, Shreveport Police had 10 units on the scene investigating the shooting, and Shreveport Fire had 4 units on the scene.
This shooting is currently under investigation  and no other details are available at this time. We will update when more information becomes available.
