Our Top 5 Shreveport/Bossier City Weekend Events Friday, October 19 – Sunday, October 21
It's fall ya'll and we're ready to let the good times roll in Festival Plaza with Shreveport Brew, which is just one of the fun events happening this weekend in Shreveport/Bossier City!
It's probably a good thing Shreveport Brew only happens once a year for three hours, because we'd have a mess on our hands! Head to Shreveport's Festival Plaza this Saturday from 3-6pm to sample over 100 beers! Tickets are $60 and the event is a partnership of the Red River Revel and Downtown Shreveport Unlimited.
John Michael Montgomery, the man behind hits like I Swear, Life's A Dance, I Love the Way You Love Me, Sold and Be My Baby Tonight is taking over DiamondJack's Friday night at 8pm for a 21+ show. Tickets are still available starting at $25.
Ronnie, Bobby, Ricky and Mike, better known as Bobby Brown and Bell Biv Devoe are set to take over Bossier City's CenturyLink Center Saturday night starting at 7:30pm. Tickets for this throw back show start at $45.
After having to reschedule from earlier this year, Thompson Square are finally making their appearance at The Stage at Silverstar in Bossier Friday night for a 21+ show. Doors open at 7pm with showtime at 8pm. Tickets are general admission and are $40 days of the show.
Saturday morning, make sure you lace up your tennis shoes and head to River Park Church on E. 70th Street in Shreveport for the 2018 Walk to end Alzheimer's. Registration starts at 9am and the walk begins at 10am. This year's goal is to raise $90,000. Can't make it Saturday? Make a donation by clicking the link!
You know I can't leave off an event that includes zombies and fur babies at Pierre Bossier Mall from 4-9pm. Admission is free, but this event is a food-raiser for the Northwest Louisiana Food Bank and other charities, so please make sure to bring plenty of non-perishable food items and some cash to stuff the offering plates! BTW, this year's event is pet friendly, so make sure to dress 'Spot' up as well!
