Parking Your Boat or RV in Your Front Yard In Bossier City Could Cost You a $250 Fine
If you live in Bossier City, you better make sure that you don't have your boat or RV sitting your front yard. If you do, having it there could cost you a $250 a day fine.
An ordinance was passed by Bossier City Council members this week stating that residents cannot park their boat or recreational vehicle on the grass in their front or side yard. It also says that residents cannot park them in the street if emergency vehicles can't get around them or if it obstructs the view of other drivers.
There were a few people that opposed this ordinance, but even more in favor of it. Residents may have about 90 days to comply before police officers start issuing tickets.
Better get to moving those boats and RVs!
