Preview Shreveport's Own Kenny Wayne Shepherd's New Album

04 In fact, the entire state of Louisiana is proud as evidenced by KWS headlining the blues stage this Saturday night at Jazz Fest in New Orleans.

Kenny has been doing more than just touring with The Rides, his side project and the Kenny Wayne Shepherd Band. (The Rides played The Strand Theatre April 1st) He's been in the studio creating... at Blade Studios in Shreveport in fact!

The new album will be called Lay It On Down and is set for release July 21st in Europe and August 4th in North America. Pre orders begin May 8, 2017. Lay It On Down will be the 9th Kenny Wayne Shepherd Band album and yes, Noah is on it:)
