Michael Jackson, the 'King of Pop', would have celebrated his 55th Birthday today had he not died four years ago. In honor of his birthday, let's take a look back at his career and watch his top 5 videos.

Jackson became a Motown phenomenon at the age of 12 with the "Jackson 5" growing even bigger over the years into a megastar that did the moonwalk dance. He sold 750 million records over his career and was admired around the world.

Michael Jackson's career started in Gary, Ind with his brothers in the Jackson 5 in local talent contests. After winning a contest they traveled in a Volkswagen van which they borrowed and appeared in Chicago, at New York's Apollo Theater and as the opening act for the Temptations and Smokey Robinson and the Miracles. Berry Gordy, owner of Motown signed them to a recording contract in 1968.
The Jackson 5 had four No. 1 hits, including "ABC", "I Want You Back" and "I'll Be There."
