It has been one week since the world was shocked and sadden to learn of the sudden passing of former MTV star, Christopher 'Big Black' Boykin. Boykin died Tuesday, May 16th after suffering a heart attack. He was best known as one half of the MTV duo Rob & Big. The show created by professional skateboarder, Rob Dyrdek followed Dyrdek and his best friend and bodyguard 'Big Black' through their day-to-day activities.

Today, we look back at the time Boykin and Dydrek made a visit to Shreveport. The duo visited in 2011 to see Stoner Avenue Skate Plaza. The skate park was designed by Dyrdek. Check out the video uploaded to YouTube by himmsyndi of Rob and Big's visit to the Shreveport skate park.
