New Orleans Saints linebacker Demario Davis has reportedly been fined for wearing a headband with "Man of God" printed on it. Davis wore the headband in the Seattle game.

He wrote on his Instagram the league fined him $7,000 for a uniform violation. Players are forbidden to wear headgear with logos or messages on them. They aren't allowed to tape the outside of their shoes unless the tape matches the shoe color.

In 1985, Bears quarterback Jim McMahon was fined for wearing an Adidas headband. The following week, he tweaked then-commissioner Pete Rozelle by wearing a headband emblazoned with "Rozelle."

If Davis wears the headband again, he'll be fined $14,000.
