Shreveport Man Arrested in Memorial Day Stabbing

On Monday, May 30th, 2022, at 09:00p.m., Shreveport Police officers responded to the 1100 block of Creswell Avenue in reference to a 911 call.

The responding officers located a victim suffering from multiple stab wounds to the upper body. The victim was transported to a local hospital with potentially life-threatening injuries.

Investigators with the Violent Crimes and Crime Scene Units were summoned to the scene. After speaking to witnesses on scene, detectives identified a possible suspect as Scott Holloway (9/24/74).

After further investigation Holloway was arrested and transported to Shreveport City jail for the offenses of Attempted 2nd Degree Murder.

No other information at this time as this is still an on-going investigation.
