Shreveport Police Arrest Woman for Shooting From a Vehicle

On April 17th, 2023, at 11:45 p.m., Shreveport Police officers responded to a call of a female shooting from a vehicle at a male in another vehicle on Shreveport Barksdale Boulevard. The victim continued driving to Bossier City and was contacted by Bossier City Police.
Shreveport Police Officers contacted the suspect who was identified as Ebony Hughes (11-13-81). After further investigation, Hughes was arrested for one count of aggravated assault, Aggravated Domestic Abuse Assault, and Aggravated Property Damage.
Hughes has not yet appeared before a judge and is currently in Caddo Parish Correctional. No bond has been set.
All suspects are innocent until proven guilty.
