LSU has landed another Shreveport football talent. This time, it's a name that most of the football recruiting world is very aware of, even if they've never seen him on film.

Green Oaks Wide Receiver De'Coldest Crawford committed to LSU today, sending his talents, and viral success, to Baton Rouge.

Crawford is following in the footsteps of NFL star Tre'Davious White, who went from Green Oaks to LSU, before becoming a First Round NFL Draft Pick. White is now one of the best defensive backs in the NFL. Crawford hopes to follow a similar path.

LSU wasn't the only school to make an offer to Crawford. According to 247Sports.com, he had drawn offers from across the country. Including offers from Washington State, Southern University, and Southern Miss. The recruiting site also indicates that there was some interest, but no offer, from schools like Florida, Syracuse, and TCU.
