And check out the big Swepco 18-wheeler.  It's the Clean Coal mobile classroom filled with interesting stuff that you are invited to come aboard and see! Interactive displays explain the history and future of clean coal technology.  You can check it out Friday, May 13 from 11 am-2 pm.

The music continues Friday night with Musicology at Hot Jazz on the Red at the Barnwell Garden and Art Center. Bring your blanket or chair and enjoy a view of the beautiful Red River and the sounds of sweet jazz from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Free.

The PINK PARTY benefiting Easter Seals and the Philadelphia Center is Saturday night at 8 at the Convention Center. Entry is a minimum donation of $10.

The Shreveport Symphony season ends Saturday night with European Classics featuring Brahms, Dvorak and others.  It's at 7:30 p.m. at Riverview Theater.

It's time for the Sister Margaret Music Festival at 516 Texas Street (across from the Caddo Parish Courthouse). Music starts at 3 p.m. and lasts until 7p.m. with loads of great musicians including Howling Henry, AJ Cascio, Barbara Jarrell, Buddy Flett and more! The event is a fundraiser for Christian Services. Donations accepted and encouraged!
