Source: Louisiana Open Golf Tournament To Be Played Without Spectators

Organizers of the Chitimacha Louisiana Open are set to announce that spectators will not be allowed on the course during next week's golf tournament. A source close to the planning of the event says the change was made in response to the COVID-19 (Coronavirus) outbreak. No other changes to the actual tournament have been made.

The event will begin as planned on March 19th at Le Triomphe Golf and Country Club in Broussard. We've reached out for additional comment and will publish it here when it's available.
