These brownies are super simple for a late night snack or if you're looking for something fun to cook with the kids. Also because they have no milk or eggs these are a great treat for our vegan friends.

Each cup serves 1


  • 1 tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 2 tbsp Cocoa
  • 1/4 cup Flour
  • 1 pinch of Salt
  • 1/4 Cup of Sugar
  • 1/4 tbsp Vanilla
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 1/4 Cup of water

Mix it all together in the cup with the dry ingredients first then put it in the microwave for 60-90 secs and you have a Brownie! We alway like to add a little ice cream on top afterwards but do whatever you like and then enjoy!
