The Chief of Police in the town of Scott is hoping that someone will recognize a suspect and/or the car this man was scene in connection with a crime that they allege he perpetrated Saturday evening in their area.

Scott Police Chief Chad Leger is asking for people to send them information if they recognize the man in this story as they believe that this man committed a theft at convenience store in the city.

On Saturday night, surveillance footage caught this man taking things from the store and instead of the man paying for the items, Chief Leger says the suspect can be seen showing this items down his pants.

Leger says that after the suspect was seen taking the items, he then leaves the store, gets into a sedan, and he drives away from the store.

Officials say that the suspect is a black male who weighs about 160 pounds. He is also a tall man as Leger says that, based on the surveillance video, they believe that the suspect is six feet tall.

As all of this is unfolding on Saturday night, the suspect can be seen in and outside of the store with a red t-shirt on, and he is also wearing jeans.

This suspect has a bald head, and he can be seen wearing white tennis shoes in the different camera angles of the surveillance tape.

When the suspect is leaving the store, he can be seen getting into a Nissan sedan, and the car is gray in color.
