This is the final weekend of the 2023 Mardi Gras season and the Krewe of Highland in Shreveport, LA is ready to party with their annual Grand Bal and parade!

I hate, hate, hate that I missed the Krewe of Highland Bal this past Friday night at the Randall T. Moore Center. Why? Because it's a like a cross between a house party and a Mardi Gras bal with amazing costumes on steroids!
