All good things must come to an end. After six weeks of rehearsal and eight performances, Stage Center's production of Jesus Christ Superstar closed the curtain one final time.

We had all practiced our songs, learned our staging, rehearsed our dances (I say "our" in the company sense...I don't dance), and gotten a pretty good feel for the show. All of that on the comfort of a flat surface in Stage Center's rehearsal space. Then, a mere four days before we open the show, we moved into the Emmett Hook Center.

Our friends at Shreveport Little Theatre are opening the hit Broadway musical Chicago in a couple of weeks! We've been getting to know all of the actors from the show and learning more about them and the characters they play. This time around it's the lovely and talented Jenny Warren.

I've known John for a few years. He's a really cool guy, fun to hang around and the life of the party. When I first met John he was stage managing a show, and I was like wow this guy knows his stuff. Then I saw him perform on stage and wow, he can do it all! He's the nicest guy you'd want to meet.

There are nice people, there are sweet people, then there are people like Tiffani Maddox. Tiffani takes being nice and sweet to a whole new level. She's talented singer, dancer and actress too. But, don't take my word for it, check out this video.

If you don't already know this Rocky Maddox you're in for a treat. He's one of the funniest guys I've ever met. And if my bosses met him, well, lets just say I would be out of the job. Rocky plays Mr Banks in the Emmett Hook Center production of Mary Poppins.

Let me introduce you to a young woman (and future superstar) Lauren Lindsey. Lauren plays Jane Banks in the Emmett Hook Center production of Mary Poppins the Musical.
