Conrad Murray, the doctor convicted of involuntary manslaughter in the Michael Jackson case, has been sentenced to the maximum of four years in the Los Angeles County Jail.
Now that a guilty verdict has been handed down in the case of Dr. Conrad Murray, who was accused of involuntary manslaughter regarding his patient Michael Jackson, the doctor has been remanded to custody and was promptly placed on suicide watch in the L.A. County Jail while he awaits sentencing. Murray’s sentencing is slated for Nov. 29.
It never really turned into the big media event that had been predicted. But, it's coming to a close.
For 23 days, jurors listened to testimony against Dr. Murray in the death of Michael Jackson.

They showed pictures of a dead Michael Jackson on a gurney. They even played audio of an incoherent Jackson talking about his upcoming London show.
