Easter Sunday

My wife and I started a tradition nearly 20 years ago that essentially completes my Easter weekend, and I enjoy it even more than chocolate bunnies and honey roasted ham.  Every Easter morning we attend the Easter Sunrise Services at Hill Crest Memorial on Highway 80 in the Haughton area.

If you don't show up early for church on Easter Sunday, chances are you'll have a hard time finding a seat. At First Baptist Church in Carthage, where I attend, it was so crowded last Easter that this year, they held the service at the new Civic Center.
