A lengthy investigation by the Webster Parish Sheriff’s Office narcotics division into illegal drug activities climaxed Thursday morning when officers from two agencies nabbed a 42-year-old Minden man on numerous distribution charges.

Minden Police are currently investigating a shooting call that has left a male injured.

The body of a missing Minden man was found off of Auction Barn Road near the Minden Rodeo Arena.

On Tuesday (11/9/21) a fight broke out between two students at Minden High School that ended with a stabbing.

The operation was targeted at a Webster Parish based gang that calls themselves TTS.

Police and witnesses say the shooting was between multiple vehicles, blasting their high-powered rifles with no regard for those around them.

Wednesday (10/20/21) night at 11:49pm Minden Police received a report of suspicious activity at the Minden Motel on Shreveport Road.
