If the allegations prove to be true, a young woman was robbed of her innocence before she even reached her thirteenth birthday.

  Frank Selas, once known as "Mr. Wonder" on KNOE-TV in Monroe, has been arrested in California and charge with two counts of aggravated rape, three counts of sexual battery and seven counts of indecent behavior with a juvenile. Law enforcement officials are asking parents to whose children may have had contact with Selas to come forward, as they feel certain more victims are out there.
