On the list of things I won't mess with, the Holy Bible is right there at the top of the list.  I'd rather run from starving lions wearing porterhouse underwear than desecrate the good book.  I thought just about everybody was on the same page (so to speak).

As it turns out, that is not what we call "common sense" at all.  According to news station KIRO out of San Antonio, Texas - a yet-to-be-identified woman was arrested on Sunday (of all days) for torching a bible in her backyard.  She wasn't arrested for putting flame to the gospel - she was locked up for starting a blaze that completely destroyed her and her neighbor's house!

At the time of this report, no charges related to the incident and the arrest were announced.  What we do know is that the resulting unholy fire caused around $150,000 in damage to the duplex.  Her neighbors reportedly lost everything in the house - including all of their medications in the fire. They have also had to place their 5 dogs in an animal shelter while they search for a temporary place to live.

Let's add this to the list:  Never spit in the wind, tug on Superman's cape, pull off the Lone Ranger's mask, mess with Jim, or set fire to the bible.
