The Avengers Take The Box Office, Two Louisiana Finalists on The Voice + More

Avengers: Age of Ultron made a big showing this weekend at the box office with another $77.2 million, making it number one for the second weekend in row. It also made it the second highest second week take off all time in the US. In second place was the Sofia Vergara and Reese Witherspoon comedy Hot Pursuit which only made $13.3 million which makes me wonder who actually picks the movies on mother’s day weekend. The Jack Black movie The D Train pretty much tanked.

Dancing with the Stars is back tonight with the final four on ABC. The results show will air tomorrow night. The final four consist of Rumer Willis, Noah Galloway, Nastia Liukin and Riker Lynch.

The Voice is back tonight as well with the final five battling it out and two of the contestants are from Louisiana! The two Louisiana natives to look out for are Meghan Linsey and Koryn Hawthorne. The other three are Joshua Davis, India Carney and Sawyer Fredericks. As far as the coaches, that leaves Pharrell with two contestants and one each for Adam, Blake and Christina.

How cool is this?!!? The next CMT Crossroads pairs up Brantley Gilbert and Lynyrd Skynyrd! It will debut June 27. How about an appearance at our local CMT Crossroads bar at the Horseshoe anyone?!?!? A girl can dream!
