Fans are flipping out for The Mandalorian, the hot new Star Wars TV series on Disney+. They company has maximized fan anticipation by revealing as little as possible about the show so far; nobody outside Lucasfilm knew that Baby Yoda was even on the show as of about 10 days ago, much less going to become the most famous baby since Baby Jessica. Pretty much everything on the show from week to week is a total mystery.

Today, though, Disney did reveal some additional details about the series’ upcoming episodes. Three more plot synopsis were included in a press email about Disney+’s upcoming lineup from late November through mid December. First, here’s the official synopsis for Chapter 4, which is directed by Bryce Dallas Howard and written by show creator Jon Favreau. The picture accompanying the description in the email is of Gina Carano’s Cara Dune, who has yet to appear on the show. Looks like she makes her debut next Friday:

The Mandalorian teams up with an ex-soldier to protect a village from raiders.

This is the synopsis for Chapter 5, written and directed by Dave Filoni:

The Mandalorian helps a rookie bounty hunter who is in over his head.

And here’s the one for Chapter 6, directed by Rick Famuyiwa and written by Christopher Yost and Rick Famuyiwa:

The Mandalorian joins a crew of mercenaries on a dangerous mission.

Admittedly, this isn’t a ton to go in any case. But it also seems to suggest that while the first three episodes of the series were a single story spread across about 90 minutes, the next three episodes appear to be several different (albeit perhaps interconnected) adventures. Besides Carano’s character, we also still haven’t met Giancarlo Esposito’s Moff Gideon, so we should probably expect his debut sometime in the next month as well.
